• Can I cancel or change my order?
You can always cancel your order. However, if you want to change your order, you must tell us the changes before your items are made.
• If I do not like the products I received, can I return them?
Yes, you can return them for free. We will provide you a return label, so you do not have to pay for shipping them back to us. The product should be unworn and unwashed, as well has having all tags attached.
• Can I get a full refund if I return an item?
Yes, you can either exchange for something else or get a full refund.
• How long do I have to return an item?
If returned, items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
• What do I do if I received a wrong or faulty item?
First, we apologize for the inconvenience if you received the wrong product or a faulty item. Second, don't worry and simply contact our awesome customer service team so they will assist you if you wish to exchange or return the product.
• How long does it take to process my return?
