Frequently Asked Questions
When can I expect my Match Up® box?
Your payment will be draft on the 1st of each month and the boxes will be packed and ready to ship within 15 days after the payment. Each box is delivered the month before.
Do I have to commit or I can cancel anytime?
There is no commitment and you can cancel anytime. Note that cancellation must be done before payment processing (1st of the month) otherwise you will be charge for that month.
What is in my Match Up box?
Your box will include a set of matching T-shirts for you and your family.
How do you know how many shirts to send?
When you subscribe, we will ask you the composition of your family (ex: 1 mom and 2 kids) and you will subscribe for that particular box.
How do you know the sizes?
When you subscribe, we will ask you all the sizes of your family members. We also know that kids are growing so you will be able to update their sizes if needed.
Can I add a new member of the family?
Of course you can! If you have a new member within your tribe, you can upgrade to a box with more family members anytime.
